£30 Deposit to Secure Your Reservation
DEPOSIT TERMS
Obviously the reason for requesting a deposit is to secure a booking on your (the customers) behalf, so if another customer wishes to book the room they are turned away by us.
Should you, the customer, wish to cancel a reservation we do offer to make a deposit refund (less 10%) if we can re-let the room.
At the point of cancellation the room is immediately restored to "bookable" on VisitScotland.com (this site feeds all the tourist information offices)
and in the majority of cases a full refund is forwarded to the customer (within 14 days) if the room is re-allocated.
